Skinologie offers discouned treatment packages on several of our more popular procedures, which require monthly treatments over a 3-12 month period. Payments on these packages can be broken into bi-monthly or monthly payments from your credit card of choice with all payments due by the date of your last scheduled procedure. The Medical Provider will discuss these treatment packages with you at your first appointment.
All Skinologie locations are medical facilities that conform to strict practice and business standards including federal HIPAA laws on patient privacy. Clients can be assured of complete confidentiality regarding all aspects of their treatments and services.
As Skinologie treatments are performed by licensed medical providers and aestheticians, new clients are required to fill out a medical history form, which will be emailed to you after making your first appointment. In addition, patients will be required to fill out consent forms for their procedure during the office visit.
While Skinologie offers services to clients of all ages, treatments for minors (under age 18) require the consent and presence of their parent or legal guardian during any consultation or treatment.
While tips for aestheticians are not expected, they are appreciated.
All sales are final. There are no refunds on services rendered.

Skinologie Medical Spa observes policies that ensure the highest standard of service while maintaining affordable pricing and top-notch customer service. To deliver this promise, appointment deposits and cancellation fees are necessary to assure that customers receive the most apporpriate care and respect the valuable time allocated by our medical providers. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies and procedures described below.
Appointments can be scheduled by calling us at 512.379.7272. We recommend that you schedule appointments in advance to ensure your preferred date and time is available as evening appointments book fast. As a courtesy, our staff will call and confirm all appointments at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give at least 24-hours notice of cancellation for treatments. Appointments can be cancelled by speaking with one of our staff members at 512.379.7272 or leaving a message on our voicemail after hours. Appointments cancelled without 24-hours notice, will cause the patient to be charge a $25 cancellation fee, prior to being allowed to book another appointment. Groupon procedures cancelled without 24-hours notice or no-shows will lose their treatment, per Groupon policies.
A late arrival will deprive you of necessary treatment time. In fairness to all of our clients, your treatment must end at the scheduled time. If your treatment time is cut short due to your late arrival, you will still be responsible for full service fees and will not receive credit for the remainder of the treatment. The medical provider will always try to complete as much of your treatment as possible when you arrive. Any no show appointments will result in a $25 no show fee.
Payment in full for all treatments is required at the time of service and is non-refundable. The Skinologie staff will inform you of your treatment price before the treatment. Skinologie accepts cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit. For procedures that require multiple visits, Skinologie does offer payment plans that spread payments out over the course of the treatments.
